Gas measurement should not cause logistical delays and should take place on site. The ideal measurement is fast, unambiguous, never a false negative and cost-effective. In reality this is often not the case.

Traditionally, within the industry a combination of techniques is used. A variety of measuring equipment and various measuring tubes are needed to achieve a reliable measurement and elimination of the most common residual gases. A thorough measurement takes more than 30 minutes. Furthermore the limitations in measuring range, cross-sensitivity of some methods and difficult readability of sampling tubes can cause uncertain measuring results.

Our mobile gaslabs are equipped with a SYFT-Voice 200 (Selective Ion Flow Tube mass spectrometry). The SYFT identifies and measures a specified list of twenty gases within two minutes. The instrument can detect and identify over four hundred different gases. The measuring range is 1000x more accurate than the traditionally used portable equipment. An ideal and affordable logistical solution!
